We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 44,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over HSI by way of market making.

The HSI-CQZ is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The HSI-CQZ is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021. The HSI-CQZ is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 October 2021. The obligations of MCSM under HSI-CQZ are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021.
