The Board of Directors of TdC ("the Board") wishes to announce that the Company has adopted a new dividend policy to pay an annual dividend of up to 50% (previously 25%) of TdC Group's Normalised Profit after Tax provided that such distribution will not be detrimental to the Group after taking into account its working capital needs as well as long term capital requirements.The Group's Normalised Profit after Tax is defined as the Group's audited consolidated Profit after Tax.

The new dividend policy will take effect from the financial year ended 31 December 2021.
