Further to our announcement made earlier on 8 February 2022 in relation to the Application for an extension of time to submit the regularisation plan to the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities").

After due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the Application, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has decided to reject the Application.

In the circumstances and pursuant to paragraph 8.04(5) of the Main LR, please be informed that:-

(a) the trading in the securities of NATWIDE will be suspended with effect from 8 March 2022;and 

(b) the securities of the Company will be de-listed on 10 March 2022 unless an appeal againts the de-listing is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before 7 March 2022 

     ("the appeal timeframe"). 

In the event the Company submits an appeal to Bursa Securities within the Appeal Timeframe, the de-listing of the seurities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 10 March 2022 will be deferred pending the decision of the Company's appeal. However, Bursa Securities shall proceed to suspend the trading of the Company's securities on 8 March 2022 even though the decision on the Company's appeal is still pending.
