We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 28 February 2022 and 3 March 2022.
The Board of Directors wishes to announce that an appeal has been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on the decision by Bursa Securities to de-list the securities of the Company and to reconsider its decision to grant a further extension of time for a period of six (6) months up to 23 August 2022 for the Company to submit the regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
