DELISTING OF THE ENTIRE ISSUED SHARES OF ZENWORLD FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST OF THE LEAP MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES") ("DELISTING")

We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 16 December 2021 in relation to the Delisting ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 14 March 2022, informed that pursuant to Rule 8.07 of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements, the entire issued shares of Zenworld will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 17 March 2022.
