Remarks :
The proposed final single-tier dividend will be subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 52nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 14 April 2022. 

Par value is no longer relevant due to the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016.
