We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 20,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TENCENT by way of market making.

The TENCENT-C19 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The TENCENT-C19 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021. The TENCENT-C19 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 October 2021. The obligations of MCSM under TENCENT-C19 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021.
