Reference is made to our announcements 13 October 2021 in relation to the offering of 35,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled put warrants over the HSI (“Existing Issue”).

KIBB are pleased to announce the proposed further issue of up to 35,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled put warrants over the HSI (“Proposed Further Issue”).

The purpose of the Proposed Further Issue is to facilitate the market making process of the Existing Issue. The Proposed Further Issue will form part of the Existing Issue and the terms and conditions of the Proposed Further Issue will be identical with the Existing Issue.

The tentative listing date for the Proposed Further Issue of HSI-HM7 is 31 March 2022.

The Proposed Further Issue is subject to all necessary approvals being obtained from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
