The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 11 March 2022, 18 March 2022 and 24 March 2022 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 25 March 2022, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 78,511,945 new Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:-

i.    Fast Energy and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

ii.   Fast Energy and UOBKH are required to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement;

iii.  Fast Energy and UOBKH are required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and

iv.  Fast Energy is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed pursuant to Sections 75 and 76 of the Act, in the event the current authority has expired.
