We wish to announce that UNISEM-C21 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 March 2022 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM3.2273 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of UNISEM shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than UNISEM-C21's Exercise Price of RM4.40, holders of UNISEM-C21 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised UNISEM-C21 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the UNISEM-C21 shall terminate absolutely.
