We wish to announce that MAXIS-C28 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 March 2022 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM4.0533 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of MAXIS shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than MAXIS-C28's Exercise Price of RM4.80, holders of MAXIS-C28 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised MAXIS-C28 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the MAXIS-C28 shall terminate absolutely.
