We wish to announce that DIALOG-C74 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 March 2022 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of DIALOG-C74 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of DIALOG-C74 x (RM2.7329 - RM2.50) x (1/2.50)
= Number of DIALOG-C74 x RM0.0931
The Closing Price of RM2.7329 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of DIALOG shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of DIALOG-C74 by ordinary post.
