We wish to announce that UMW-C35 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 March 2022 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM3.2627 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of UMW shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than UMW-C35's Exercise Price of RM3.40, holders of UMW-C35 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised UMW-C35 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the UMW-C35 shall terminate absolutely.
