Reference is made to the First Announcement made on 11 January 2018 and the monthly announcements made by the Company in relation to the Company being classified as a Practice Note 17 (“PN 17”) Issuer pursuant to the requirements under PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (collectively referred to as “Announcements”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”).

(Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.)

On 25 February 2022, CAP has released the annual report and its notice of fifth (5th) Annual General Meeting which will be conducted fully virtual on 31 March 2022.

The Board had on 31 March 2022 announced that all the resolutions set out in the notice of 5th Annual General Meeting (“5th AGM”) were duly passed at the 5th AGM except for resolution 2 which were withdrawn.

Mr Chen XunZe has decided not to offer himself to be re-elected as director of the Company where he retired from office as Executive Director of the Company.

Presently, the Board is still formulating the regularisation plan and there is no major development to-date. The Company will make the necessary announcements on the regularisation plan in accordance with the requirements under PN17 of the Main LR in due course.

This announcement serves as the monthly announcement required under Paragraph 4.1(c) of PN17 of the Main LR.
