The Board of Directors (the "Board") of InNature Berhad (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to Section 5.15.4 of the Company’s Prospectus dated 29 January 2020 and the previous announcement made on 31 December 2021 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Company and Natura Cosméticos S.A (“Natura MOU”). The Board wishes to announce that the Natura MOU has been extended to 30 April 2022. The Company will make the appropriate announcement in due course if there is any material development. This announcement is dated 13 April 2022.
