On behalf of the Board, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company’s LTIP has taken effect on 15 April 2022 after obtaining all required approvals and complying with the relevant provisions of the Listing Requirements. Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the Listing Requirements, Cengild Medical wishes to announce that the Company has on 15 April 2022 offered a total of 23,400,000 ESOS Options to the eligible executive directors and executives of the Group, further details of which are set out in Section 4.2.4 of the Prospectus.
