We refer to the announcement dated 10 December 2021. The Issuer, Khazanah Nasional Berhad (as the Obligor for the Sukuk Programme) and CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad (as the Sukuk Trustee for the Sukuk Programme) have entered into a second supplemental trust deed dated 21 March 2022 (“Second Supplemental Trust Deed”) to reflect amongst others, the Change of Structure. The Second Supplemental Trust Deed is effective on 6 April 2022.
