Remarks-  With reference to the Notice of the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 28 April 2022, the payment of the First and Final Single-Tier Dividend is subject to shareholders' approval under Resolution 1 at the aforesaid AGM which will be held on 29 June 2022.
