We wish to announce that SUPERMX-C2P expired at 5.00 p.m. on 29 April 2022 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM1.1167 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of SUPERMX shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than SUPERMX-C2P's Exercise Price of RM2.65, holders of SUPERMX-C2P will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised SUPERMX-C2P will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the SUPERMX-C2P shall terminate absolutely.
