As the Closing Price is lower than PHARMA-CN's Exercise Price of RM0.80, holders of PHARMA-CN will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised PHARMA-CN will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the PHARMA-CN shall terminate absolutely.
