Remarks : 
Pursuant to the Bonus Issue, the exercise price of the Warrants will be revised from RM1.20 to RM0.60 while an additional 67,498,494 Warrants will be listed and quoted on 9 May 2022.

The Adjustments will take effect on 9 May 2022, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue on 6 May 2022, in accordance with the deed poll dated 10 December 2021 constituting the Warrants.

The notice to Warrant holders containing details of the Adjustments will be despatched to the Warrant holders in due course.
