Delisting of the entire issued share capital of TTVHB from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities")

Reference is made to the announcement dated 30 December 2021, 27 January 2022, 28 February 2022, 15 March 2022, 16 March 2022, 7 April 2022 and 18 April 2022 in relation to the withdrawal of the Company's listing from the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities pursuant to Rules 8.05 and 8.06 of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

The Company wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 9 May 2022, informed that pursuant to Rule 8.05 of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements, the entire issued share capital of TTVHB will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 12 May 2022.
