We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposed Subscription. On behalf of the Board, Astramina Advisory wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 11 May 2022, noted that 1,000,000 new ordinary shares in LSH Capital will be listed and quoted on 27 May 2022. On behalf of the Board, Astramina Advisory also wishes to announce that the Proposed Subscription has become unconditional on 12 May 2022 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement. This announcement is dated 12 May 2022.
