| Working experience and occupation | Datuk Seri Mazlan bin Lazim has held a long and distinguished career with Polis Di Raja Malaysia (PDRM - Royal Malaysian Police), rising through the ranks. He is now retired from PDRM. He most recent served as the Deputy Inspector-General of Police of Malaysia (DIG) under Inspector-General (IGP) Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani from June to December 2021.
