We wish to announce that UNISEM-C20 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 27 May 2022 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of UNISEM-C20 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of UNISEM-C20 x (RM2.8387 - RM4.3500) x (1/7.5000)
= Number of UNISEM-C20 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM2.8387 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the UNISEM Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and UNISEM-C20 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of UNISEM-C20 shall terminate absolutely.
