We refer to our announcement on the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) entered into between FGV Holdings Berhad (FGV) and Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) on 26 April 2019.

FGV wishes to inform that the MOU has expired on 26 April 2022 and FGV does not intend to renew the MOU.

The decision not to renew the MOU was delayed as the discussion on the possible extension of the collaboration took longer than anticipated due to the uncertain global market outlook.

The expiration of the MOU would not have any financial and legal effect on the parties or preclude FGV Group from exploring future business opportunities with DVS or FGV’s sustainability agenda and commitments.

Upon the expiration of the MOU, no parties shall have any claims whatsoever, directly or indirectly, against the other party in respect of the MOU.
