| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Majuperak Holdings Berhad ("MHB" or "the Company") wish to announce that the Ordinary Resolutions as prescribed in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 27 May 2022 were not carried by way of poll at the EGM of the Company held through online meeting platform at https://meeting.boardroomlimited.my on Monday, 13 June 2022.
The results of the poll were validated by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
