Unless otherwise defined, all defined terms used herein, shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 27 April 2022 and 5 May 2022.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 13 June 2022, granted the Company a further extension of time until 31 October 2022 to submit the regularisation plan to the relevant authorities ("Extension Timeframe"), after due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter including the written representations.

The Extension of Time is granted without prejudice to Bursa Securities' right to proceed to suspend the trading of the listed securities of ANZO and to de-list the Company in the event: -

1. the Company fails to submit the proposed regularisation plan within the Extended Timeframe;
2. the Company fails to obtain the approval for the implementation of its regularisation plan and does not appeal within the timeframe (or extended timeframe, as the case may be) prescribed to lodge an appeal;
3. the Company does not succeed in its appeal; or
4. the Company fails to implement its regularisation plan within the timeframe or extended timeframes stipulated by the relevant authorities.

Upon the occurrence of any of the events set out in (1) to (4) above, Bursa Securities shall suspend the trading of the listed securities of ANZO on the 6th market day from the date of Company is notified by Bursa Securities or such other date as may be specified by Bursa Securities (“Suspension Date”) and de-list the Company upon expiry of 2 market days from the Suspension Date, subject to the Company's right to appeal against the delisting.
