ASIA POLY HOLDINGS BERHAD ("ASIA POLY" OR THE "COMPANY") Issuance of 83,389,970 free detachable warrants ("Warrants") to the entitled shareholders of Asia Poly pursuant to the renounceable rights issue of 333,559,880 new irredeemable convertible preference shares in Asia Poly ("ICPS") on the basis of 1 ICPS for every 1 existing ordinary share in Asia Poly ("Asia Poly Share") held as at 5.00 p.m. on 17 November 2017 at an issue price of RM0.05 per ICPS, together with 83,389,970 Warrants on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 4 ICPS subscribed for ("Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants")
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new Asia Poly Share at the exercise price (as indicated above) and at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 27 October 2017, constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 18 December 2017.
