We wish to announce that CTOS-CM expired at 5.00 p.m. on 22 June 2022 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.

= Number of CTOS-CM x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of CTOS-CM x (RM1.2415 - RM2.10) x (1/5)
= Number of CTOS-CM x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM1.2415 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the CTOS Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and CTOS-CM shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of CTOS-CM shall terminate absolutely.
