Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 26 November 2021, 2 December 2021, 24 December 2021, 28 December 2021, 27 January 2022, 28 January 2022, 28 February 2022, 14 March 2022, 12 May 2022 and 13 June 2022 in relation to the SCR (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that the sealed copy of the High Court Order dated 12 May 2022 has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 27 June 2022. Accordingly, the resolution for the SCR as confirmed by the High Court Order has taken effect on 27 June 2022 pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act.
The settlement of the SCR Offer Price to the Entitled Shareholders will be effected on 4 July 2022.
