We wish to announce that MRDIY-C3 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 June 2022 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM1.9992 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of MRDIY shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than MRDIY-C3's Exercise Price of RM2.50, holders of MRDIY-C3 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised MRDIY-C3 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the MRDIY-C3 shall terminate absolutely.
