The Closing Level of 1,453.50 was determined based on the final settlement level for settling the corresponding spot-month index future contracts immediately on the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Level is lower than FBMKLCI-CBZ's Exercise Level of 1,590.00, holders of FBMKLCI-CBZ will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised FBMKLCI-CBZ will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the FBMKLCI-CBZ shall terminate absolutely.
