We wish to announce that ECOWLD-C10 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 June 2022 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM0.6662 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of ECOWLD shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than ECOWLD-C10's Exercise Price of RM1.00, holders of ECOWLD-C10 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised ECOWLD-C10 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the ECOWLD-C10 shall terminate absolutely.
