We wish to announce that GAMUDA-C1C expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 Jun 2022 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of GAMUDA-C1C x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of GAMUDA-C1C x (RM3.4046 - RM3.30) x (1/3)
= Number of GAMUDA-C1C x RM0.0348
The Closing Price of RM3.4046 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of GAMUDA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of GAMUDA-C1C by ordinary post.
