The Board of Directors of MMAG Holdings Berhad (“MMAG” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company’s wholly owned sub-subsidiary, MMAG Digital Sdn. Bhd. ("MMAG Digital") had on 5 July 2022 entered into a sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") with KGW Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("Purchaser") for the disposal of a piece of land held under Geran 215194, Lot 61800, Bandar Glenmarie, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan measuring approximately 4,777 square metres in area together with a two (2) storey warehouse and a three (3) story office building erected thereon bearing postal address of No. 6, Jalan Pemaju U1/15, Hicom Glenmarie Industrial Park, Seksyen U1, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a total cash consideration of RM20.20 million, subject to the terms set out in the SPA.
