The Board of Directors of CEKD (the “Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 5 July 2022 entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with THAM CHOON SARN (the “Vendor”) for the acquisition of 410,003 ordinary shares, representing 82% of the total number of issued shares in WORLDWIDE DIE CUTTING MOULD SDN. BHD. [Registration No. 201101013285 (941425-U)] (“Worldwide”) for a total consideration of Six Million Two Hundred and Thirty Thousand Only (RM6,230,000.00) (hereinafter referred to as “Proposed Acquisition”).
