Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 7 October 2021, 22 October 2021, 11 November 2021, 30 November 2021, 7 December 2021, 21 December 2021, 14 March 2022, 17 March 2022, 4 April 2022, 28 April 2022, 24 May 2022 and 13 June 2022.
In regard to Motion 626, the Liquidator wishes to update shareholders that, the counsels for Raintree, for the Liquidator and for Securities Commission respectively had orally submitted before the High Court Judge during the hearing held on 7 July 2022. The matter is now fixed for decision on 15 August 2022 by way of exchange of emails.
