With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of HSPLANT, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.      

HSPLANT-CE is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 August 2021 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The HSPLANT-CE is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 24 August 2021, First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 25 October 2021, Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 20 January 2022, Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 21 March 2022 and the Term Sheet for the HSPLANT-CE dated 13 July 2022.
