We refer to the announcement made by BAUTO dated 25 February 2022 and our announcement dated 13 June 2022 in relation to the special dividend of 2.50 sen single-tier dividend per share ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 19 May 2021, the terms and conditions of BAUTO-C26 shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
