We refer to the announcement made by BAUTO dated 13 June 2022 pursuant to the special dividend of 2.50 sen single-tier dividend per share ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with Condition 2 – Adjustment of Exercise Price, Underlying Index, Exercise Level and/or Exercise Ratio, the Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price of the Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 20 October 2021, no adjustments will be made to BAUTO-C27 pursuant to the Special Dividend as the adjustment amount is less than two per cent (2%) of the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio of BAUTO-C27.
