Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 24 January 2022. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
The Board of Directors of MPCORP wishes to inform that the Parties had attended the Hearing of Enclosure 1 on 19 July 2022 and the Court had granted the following order:-
(i) Appeal is dismissed; and (ii) Appellant to pay costs of RM15,000.00 to the Respondent subject to allocatur fee.
The Company will announce further development pertaining to the above matter as and when necessary.
