We are pleased to announce that CHALCO-C4 have expired at 9.00 a.m. on 26 July 2022 ("Expiry Date") and the Holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per CHALCO-C4) (if the said amount is greater than zero).

The Settlement Price has been determined at HKD2.8480 being the arithmetic mean of the closing price of CHALCO Shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for the five (5) scheduled market days prior to and including the market day before the Expiry Date.  

The Cash Settlement Amount shall be converted to RM prior to payment, using the prevailing rate of exchange being HKD/MYR0.5677 on the Exercise Date at or about 5.00 p.m. Malaysia time ("Settlement Exchange Rate").

= {(Settlement Price - Exercise Price) / Exercise Ratio} x Settlement Exchange Rate x Number of CHALCO-C4 exercised - 0.30%

= {(HKD2.8480 - HKD4.3000) / 6} x 0.5677 x Number of CHALCO-C4 exercised - 0.30%

= RM0.0000 x Number of CHALCO-C4 exercised - 0.30%

As the Settlement Price is less than the Exercise Price, the Cash Settlement Amount is negative.
Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment of the Cash Settlement Amount.
