The Board of Directors of Homeritz Corporation Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Directors had on 28 July 2022 approved a first interim single tier dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share ("Dividend") in respect of the financial year ending 31 August 2022 to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Record of Depositories on 30 August 2022 and the Dividend so declared is payable on 15 September 2022.
