The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 1 August 2022 entered into a shareholders’ agreement with BT Capital Sdn. Bhd., Mr. Low Bok Tek and Mr. Low Khai Loon (“Shareholders”) to regulate the relationship of the Shareholders and set out among others the financial, administrative and other arrangements which shall apply in relation to the One Glove Venture Sdn.
