Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 7 October 2021, 22 October 2021, 11 November 2021, 30 November 2021, 7 December 2021, 21 December 2021, 14 March 2022, 17 March 2022, 4 April 2022, 28 April 2022, 24 May 2022, 13 June 2022 and 8 July 2022.
To recap, vide Motion 626, Raintree seeks to set aside or vary the Order dated 14 October 2019 granted in Post Companies Winding-up No. WA-28PW-382-05/2019.
The Liquidator wishes to update shareholders that the Judge had dismissed Raintree’s application in Motion 626 with costs of RM10,000 each to be paid by Raintree to the Company and to Securities Commission (as amicus curiae) respectively.
Further update pertaining to the distribution of the balance proceeds to the entitled shareholders will be provided in due course.
