On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) wishes to announce that on 24 August 2022, the Company had entered into a conditional share sale agreement with Dato’ Ng Aun Hooi, Ting Hing Khok and Ng Kok Kiang for the proposed acquisition of the entire equity interest in Midlands City Sdn Bhd for a purchase consideration of RM38.0 million (“Proposed Acquisition”).
