| Working experience and occupation | Lt. Jen. Dato' Seri Panglima Zaini Bin Mohd Said SP (B) ("Lt. Jen. Dato' Seri Panglima Zaini") was a career soldier, having served in the Malaysian Army for over thirty six (36) years beginning in 1965.
He held various command and staff appointments in the Army, notably as the Brigade Commander of 10 Parachute Brigade, General Officer Commanding 3rd Infantry Division and finally the General Officer Commanding Army Field Command. On 2 June 2001, he was awarded the Seri Pahlawan Gagah Perkasa (SPGP), the nations highest award for gallantry. |

Dato' Seri Panglima Zaini as Non-Independent Director, there will be a need to change the Chairman of the AC as Lt. Jen. Dato' Seri Panglima Zaini no longer meets the requirements of AC Chairman who must be an Independent Director. The Board of Opcom requires time to restructure the composition of the AC, hence, the new composition of the AC will be announced in due course. |
