Reference is made to the announcements dated 21 October 2021, 3 November 2021, 13 January 2022, 8 February 2022, 11 February 2022, 3 March 2022, 11 April 2022 and 18 May 2022 made by MPCORP (“Announcements”). The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said Announcements.
The Board of Directors of MPCORP wishes to update that a case management was fixed via Zoom before the learned Judge on 1 September 2022. Counsel for LakeHill informed the Learned Judge that the parties have yet to finalise the subsidiary terms for settlement and requested for a further case management to be fixed. The Learned Judge fixed the next case management on 31 October 2022 for the parties to update the Court on the status of the settlement.
