Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 25 August 2022 in relation to the closing of the unconditional voluntary take-over offer by Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited (“Offeror”) through CIMB Investment Bank Berhad to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in CCB not already owned by the Offeror (“Offer Shares”) at a cash consideration of RM2.70 per Offer Share. 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that CCB has on 6 September 2022 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the proposed withdrawal of the listing of CCB from the Official List of Bursa Securities pursuant to Paragraph 16.07 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
